For mommies who want to teach their children to eat celery, this is a good start. My girls have now learnt to accustomed to the celery fragrant and eat stir-fry celery on it's own.

I have initially make this dish with just minced meat. And then the dish evolved to become a one dish meal as I started to add in vegetable like string beans or celery. I also added lots of minced garlic since garlic is good in building immune system.
With this dish, I don't have to make more than a dish for a meal. Fast and simple ... :)

Ingredient
Main
250gm minced meat
4 stalks celery, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce (or to taste)
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 oyster sauce (or to taste)
1/2 tbsp brown sugar (or to taste)
1/2 to 3/4 cup water (I make more sauce with these amount. Adjust water and other seasoning if want more/less sauce)
Method
1) Season minced meat with shaoxing wine, salt and pepper. Set aside.
2) Heat oil in pan. Throw in garlic and fry in low heat until it's lightly browned.
3) Turn heat to medium, add in minced meat. Break up the minced meat while stir-frying.
4) Once the meat is 80% cooked, add in diced celery. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Not too long so that celery stay crunchy.
5) Then add water. Turn heat to high and let it boil to bubble.
6) Add in sauce last. Let it simmer for another minute or so. Dish out and serve.
